Brazo is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 5 days of your order delivery date. In order to make your return simple and inexpensive. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

Please Note:

-- Any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

-- Products can only be returned if they are in an unused condition

-- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. coat must be packed in the original coat bag as well and returned), and should not be tampered or broken with.

-- In case of purchase of multiple quantity the same the SKU (size variant), all quantities need to be returned

-- In case of concerns on the delivered product, kindly reach out to our customer support team on support@brazo.co.in within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that we will not be able to address your claims in case this timeline is exceeded.

  1. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  2. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
  3. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
  4. Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Exchanging my product

We do not have the facility to exchange the products for change in size or color. We may have this facility in future and when we do, we will update you. If you want to change your product, you can apply for return and refund and place a new order for the bigger/smaller size or different color depending on the reason you want to exchange the item for.

 Can I change/modify my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change your address before the order is shipped depending on the availability of services to your revised location. If we do not have services in your location, we would not be able to change the address. Please contact our support team at +91 82689-96000 if you wish to change the address before the order is shipped.

Why have I not received my refund even after the product was picked up?

COD refund: Once the product is picked up your refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days via a payout link. The payout link would be sent to your registered phone number via a normal text. You will have to just fill in your bank account details or UPI details and the refund will reflect immediately.
Prepaid Refund: Once the product is picked up your refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days to your original mode of payment

Why did the attempted delivery fail?

There may be different possible reasons for the delivery to fail while attempted by courier partners.
1.Wrong and incomplete address
2.Consignee Unavailable/Incorrect Phone Number
3.Entry Restricted Area
4.No payment made during delivery (For COD Orders)
5.Consignee moved/shifted Please note, the order will be returned if the delivery fails on 2 attempts.
